Competitive Bid Process

The City of Mission posts all opportunities on its Bonfire procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of procurement opportunities and make submissions digitally.

The link below will direct you to the registration and login page. In order to participate in upcoming competitive bids you must register through this portal.

Registration is easy and free. Please be sure to select at least one, or more UNSPSC codes for your business or organization. The codes allow us to send you solicitations that are appropriate for your business.

Central Stores

The Purchasing Department operates the City’s Central Stores Warehouse Operation. This Department stocks commonly used goods and materials including critical use items at our warehouse facility on site. This includes shipping, receiving and support services for our full service shop that services all City owned equipment, machinery and vehicles, including heavy machinery.
