The City of Mission's curbside collection program is designed with a primary focus on reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable waste management practices.
Our team also operates a landfill, recycling drop-off depot, and composting programs.
Notice: Collection Service Notice
If your garbage was missed last week due to weather, please put it at the curb this week on your collection day. Please note, materials should not exceed regular collection amounts.
Report a Missed Pick-Up
Report missed pickups and other service issues directly to the collection contractor, GFL, at 604-820-6487 or at curbsidecontractor@mission.ca.
Mission Landfill
The Mission Landfill (Minnie’s Pit) is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week. There is a 50% surcharge on loads containing banned materials. Learn how to prepare for your visit.
Report Illegal Dumping
If you witness illegal dumping and would like to make a report, complete with evidence such as a license plate number, video or photo, please email bylaws@mission.ca.
