Providing Leisure All Year (PLAY) Pass Program
Mission Parks, Recreation & Culture believes in the power of recreation and works to help reduce financial barriers through programs and opportunities.
Providing Leisure All Year (PLAY) pass program provides participants with free admissions to the Leisure Centre based on the low income threshold as outlined by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have been a City of Mission resident for at least 3 months
- Be at or below the low income thresholds as outlined by the CRA or on Income Assistance through the Ministry of Housing and Social Development or the Federal Social
Development Program.
Submit your PLAY application online at mission.ca/playpass or in person at the Leisure Centre. An administration fee is applicable to all approved applications - $5.00 for individual applications and $10.00 for family applications. Application process can take up to three weeks.
KidSport Fund
KidSport is a community based sport charity that provides grants for children age 6 to 18 to participate in a season of sport by assisting with registration costs.
